1. Nature of Services
- Platform access
- Assessments & scoring
- Reports & analytics
No physical goods are delivered.
2. Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from account or support
- Stops future renewals immediately
- Access continues until billing cycle ends
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not applicable once access is activated, as services are delivered instantly.
Exceptions only:
- Payment deducted but access not granted
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Verified service delivery issue
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 10–15 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Partial usage of subscription
- Dissatisfaction after accessing data
- Failure to use active subscription
- Policy violations
