1. About the Platform
Internhire is operated by Optroute Logistics Technologies Private Limited, India.
The Platform enables:
- Internship, project, freelance, and job discovery
- Candidate–recruiter interaction
- Assessment-based evaluation
- Industry Readiness Scores and analytics
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be legally capable of entering into a contract
- If using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization
3. User Accounts
Account Responsibility
- Provide accurate and updated information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Assessments & Industry Readiness Score
Assessments
The platform conducts structured assessments across multiple domains and sub-domains.
Score Includes
- Overall readiness score
- Domain-wise scores
- Sub-domain performance
- Rankings across college, city, and industry
Disclaimer
- Scores are indicative, not absolute
- No guarantee of hiring or selection
- Recruiters may use scores as one of many evaluation signals
5. Candidate Responsibilities
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- No cheating or manipulation of assessments
- No impersonation or misuse of the platform
6. Recruiter Responsibilities
- Job postings must be lawful and genuine
- Candidate data must only be used for hiring purposes
- No misuse or unauthorized sharing of user data
7. Data & Privacy
We process user data according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
- All platform content belongs to Internhire
- Copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited
- Limited access rights are granted to authorized users
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Users may delete their accounts at any time
10. Liability
- Internhire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes
- Use of the platform is at your own risk
